How do I send pictures from computer to phone via Bluetooth?

I have a Samsung E250 and I can send images from my phone to my computer, but I don’t know how to send images from ‘My Pictures’ on the computer to my phone! I have a little bluetooth stick in my computer so I can connect them, but I don’t know how to send them! Please reply thanks =)
