How do I make the hair THINNER??

I’m 13, and I have more hair than my mom “down there” (don’t ask me how I know that). It’s also really thick, although that might be from shaving it a few times (major regret). Is there anything I can do to make it less, or at least thinner? I really don’t want to shave again, and my mom won’t let me wax. :(

I would suggest getting somthing like a mans beard shaver, its perfect for getting in areas like that, you can put a clip on it for length and trim it and then just do the bikini areas with a normal razer to clean up the side, hope this helps
