How do I lose 40lbs by the beginning of summer?

I am currently 150lbs. That might sound like a lot for a girl who’s only 14, but I am stronger than half the guys in my grade (muscle weighs more than fat), but I NEED to lose 40lbs by the beginning of summer or I will go crazy. Please help me lose the weight!

don’t try to do diet or regime because you loose weight fast but you can have it back very easy, and even more you get depressed with the kind of food you have to eat.

the best way to loose weight is to EAT LESS. eat wherever you want but less. if you used to eat 3 peace of pizza, eat 2.

the best way to put your hunger away is to eat apples and drink water, it’s zero calories and it will make you full.

stay away from the soda
