Eat heatlhy, lean meats, vegetables fruits etc and work out for at least 90 mins a day
you need to eat OFTON!!! and in small portions of healthy things… you deff have to consult the food period as well. I also don’t eat condiments, like salad dressings, ketchup, butter, salt & pepper it helps you not want to eat as much and dosent add the extra calories… but like anything, you need to be active good luck!!!
