how do I know if my lip percing is infected ?

A bubble means infection. Piercings should not get a bubble on the side of them. See a doctor before the infection get’s worse of spreads.

use salt water, and listerean it will help a lot (I did my snake bits my self as well so I know what your going threw) ya it most definetly could have been a infection

I did my lip piercing myself and I kinda have the same problem. But I screwed up when trying to but the lip stud in. And insted I had to make a new hole. So I tried 3 times and then got it in. But now I have 3 bubbles. I use sea salt water that doesn’t have iodion in it. Then I swirl that in my mouth for 30 or 60 seconds. Then I clean the outside with a quetip and use sea salt water again. It kinda helps. But use listeren for the inside. Its works a lot better because its mouth wash and kills the germs. Make sure to clean your lip after you eat even if its just a cookie or something. Then before you goto sleep and after you wake up. Thats what I learned and yes we kinda are stupid for doing it ourselfs. My dad said if I would have waited and asked him he would have taken me to get it when I was 14. But I was stupid and did it myself because my mom said when I was 18. But yeah hope this helps you.
