How do I help a friend whos going through a lot?

My friend Hailey is going through a lot and I want to be able to help her, but theres just one problem I dont know how to. So can someone please help me.

The best thing a friend can do is listen… if she has a problem… tell her you are willing to sit down and listen to her problems.. if she ends up asking for your help then give her your help. if it’s something you can’t help, encourage her to talk to someone who is older

hey all u need to do is be with her and tell her that u are there for her no matter what she will come to u when she is ready to talk just stick around and she will come to u all she needs to know is that she has someone that really cares for her.
