How do I help my friend with cancer?

My friend got diagnosed with cancer and shes only 17 she loves lacross and shes going to have to stop. She starts kemo in 2 weeks so there wont be a lot we can do I want to make her feel better but she doesnt want spiecial treatment I understand that I cant see her be able to not care what can I do?
