How do I get skinnier?

people say I’m about an average girl, but that I have gone really downhill growing up…I used to be really thin, I mean, annerexic thin, I don’t want to get that small, but small enough to where I’m not so heavy I’m afraid of people picking me up…I weigh 175-180 pounds and I’m only 15…I know this isn’t healthy and I love to run but it’s really stressful with my weight…please help me…how can I loose weight??

Something that you have an on your side is that since you are still growing and basically still going thru puberty you can burn calories a lot faster than an adult would. Keep your metabolism up by eating six meals a day. Breakfast, then a snack, lunch, then a snack, dinner and then bedtime snack.

well start off with brisk walks and eating healthier. that way you dont have the stress of running. as you put off, you can move onto running. drink water and fruit juices. stay away from fatty foods. only eat lean meats. introduce more vegetables to your diet. and definately stay active. when youre bored youll want to eat. have fruits as snacks and eliminate soda. trust me, soda is major. try crunches if you can as welll.

chillax, I used to have the exact same problem, but I grew taller, and I don’t consider myself as fat, anymore. walk really fast for 40 minutes a day, jump and skip (skipping rope) on a trampoline, yogaa and go for a 30 minutes walk each day aswell. Drink 2L water and fruit instead of junk and fatty foods =]

if you love to run but not fit anouf you need to run 2 a day round the blok eat brecfest lunch and tea but dont pik inbertwen good luck !!!

Girl don’t get stressed out about that… I used too weight that much when I was your age and now I weigh the same now but I look skinner because I got taller… you have a lot of growing too do and I think girl grow until they are 18 or something like that… but if you really want to lose weight eat healthly… fruits vegi’s um meat without fat aka lean meat eat 3 to four times a day (not in big amounts) do exersive for about an hour a day (or a minumun of 15 min.) but do it everyday and the weekend have it to yourself!!! o and by the way in one whole day on the diet don’t eat no more than 1,500-1,800 calories a day… wish you the best!!!

umm well ditch snacks eat protein food drink water and exercise I had like the opposite of your problem sorta I was a really chubby kid not because I ate loads of snacks because my mum only did simple food like burger and chips for tea as she has 4 kids and my dad lol and it was hard to look after us all but then my brothers became teens and got all healthy in affect so did I but then puberty hit and I put on a few pounds and im trying lose it, I mean I eat so so sooo healthy now people think im obsessed but im still a lil chubby because I ate crap as a kid

juice detoxing is awsome just make sure u eat breafast and lunch but small like bars and a apple yougurt. peanut butter simple and low calorie foods. v8 juice.
