What can I do without straving myself to get skinnier?

Im one of those girls that need food like I cannot go without eating but every time I look in the mirror I see fat.

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

I lost 5 pounds quickly by cutting out soda! then started just doing some ab exercises and lost some flab. jusst try not to eat when you arn’t hungry thats myy main problem, llike chips.. judge your hunger on 1-10, dont eat unless its a 6 or 7.l thzts the best time to eat.

I have the same problem I am 13 and I weigh 8 stones now that is just baad and overweight
