How do I get rid of dry skin round my eyes??

Lately I have got bad dry skin round my eyes! I have been exfoiliating and putting vasiline and baby oil on! Everytime I wear makeup you can really notice but when I don’t wear makeup it goes really red and looks really bad! Ino I shouldnt wear makeup but I really cant help it because it looks awful! Hellppp!!!

stop using the vaseline and buy some E45 cream if its avaliable in your area. if E45 cream doesnt work then I would go to a doctor. because something simlar happened to me and I used E45 cream and it didnt work so I went to my Doctors and he gave me a tub of cream and it worked :)

e45 as lizzo said is wicked ;)

stop washing your face as much as this is whats more than likely causing your dry skin..

your skin needs its natural oils and washing every day is removing that oil ;)

go to washing once every 2 days and only a few hand rubs with the soap on your face and use a good soap like advicegirl said… use dove.. or even simple perfume free ;)

always let your skin dry natural, if you must towel dry then just pat dry and never rub.

The best thing to do, since you like to wear make up, and vasiliene doesn’t work. Whenever your done doing whatever you do during the day, wash your makeup off with some good dove soap, dont scrub, and pat dry your face. Keep your face make-up clean for the rest of that day and night. (some girls sleep with make-up on.) Don’t wear make-up when you don’t need it, that way your dry skin can heal a little, Lotion helps good, Alveeno is great. :]
