How do I get out of my anorexic habits?
Yh I no hve anorexia . I hve anorexia habbits but how to break then so I eat faster with out taken 3 hrs to eat apple or mushed up pear and not be scared of the texture

Don’t take hungry’s “fatten you up” in a negative context. It simply means to help you gain an appropriate amount of weight.
Learn to stop fearing food. Food, by itself, does not make you “fat”. It is your mental attitude that goes along with food that determines whether it is going to be fattening or nutritious. In your case, it will be nutritious.
Learn to appreciate food as your body’s friend and savior and you will find eating more enjoyable. You are fortunate. You have so far to go before you even have to worry about what you weigh that you can eat any and every thing that you want.
You know, or can ask your doctor, what weight you should strive for. Set goals of amount to gain in a week; in 2 weeks; a month and 6 months. As you attain your goals, it becomes easier and you will be happier.
Set other goals too, such as things you want to do, or have. Set yourself a goal to be healthy!
you need to find something you love to eat, and cherish it. try chocolate milk, or donuts. if you’re feeling extra daring, try them both at once. it’s perfect, because nothing will fatten you up like chocolate milk and donuts right before bed. I guarantee you’ll like them too. anyone who doesn’t like chocolate milk and donuts is a monster! anyways, live the dream.
You have to take it slow at first … If it takes you a little longet to eat; so be it. If you are barely becoming healthy again you do not want strain yourself… Take it step by step … Don’t move to fast.
And try eating something like Apple sauce or soup… something light at first. Slowly … but eventually you will break your anorexic habbits.
