How do I make my stomach and thighs smaller?

Can riding bike makes your thighs smaller? if so, how many time and how long do I ride it each week? if not, what can I do to make it smaller? also my stomach is kinda big, but I dont want to run because I heard it makes your boobs smaller. and I already have small booobs.

squats can tone your thighs and make them smaller. Your stomach is generally the last place you lose weight because your organs are around there, apparently. Your boobs are generally one of the first places you lose weight from. Trust me, I lost about a stone and now mine barely fill an A cup.

If you use an eliptical bike - or use a regular bike - and or do cardio exercise (yoga, pilates, aerobics, tai chi, etc) for at least thirty minutes per session, three times / week, you should see results on the scale in about a week (eg, lose about a pound or more, depending on your current level of fitness).
