How do I get my brothers back

Well when we was like 1. My 2 youngers brothers. Was taken ( not going to say way). Half of it was cause someone lie. And my mom or my family. Wasnt allow to see them. But last night.there foster mom call us. And said if we wanted her to bring them over. Of course we said yes. It been over 10 years. And nick the 13 year old ( look just like me just lighter ;d). Didnt want to go home. Cause he didnt really like his foster mom. I dont think it fair. That he have to grow up. Missing all the fun my family be having. Now justin the 12 year old. Didnt really seem to care much. My mom think he mad at her d:. But still it not fair he having to grow up with a fake family. I need a way to get them back ( a way that not against the law). They 13 and 12. They old enough to decide who they want to live with. Nick already said he want to stay with us. Cause he hate his foster home. It not like my mom did any thing bad. She a good mom. I dont see why she cant get them back. What is a way that I can convice my mom to do this. And what is a way to get them back??? ( this really mean a lot to us so please no rude comment)

YOU SHOULD TALK TO CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE…THEY THE ONES WHO TAKE AWAY KIDS SOO…THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO OR WHO YOU CAN TALK TO… GOOD LUCK..
