How do I get hotmail on my blackberry 9700?

I just got a blackberry 9700 and I have added yahoo mail with no problem. I tried adding another one. My hotmail. And it keeps giving me an error saying “invalid email address or user I’d if problem persist please contact your provider or hotmail.com. “ so I called tmobile no help. I emailed blackberry no help. I called msn no help. Does anyone know how to add hotmail to a blackberry 9700… Not talking about messenger
