How do I deal with jealousy ?

Hey guys! Ummm I have a problem , im very jealous and insecure.theres this girl that the guy I like is all over and it makes me crazy …I find myself starring at them two talking in class an I see the way he looks at her and the way she looks at me,,,I can see the difference between the way he speaks to me an the way he speaks to her …it hurts so badly.I dont wanna be jealous an mean like this but my pain has turned into anger!!!,,,I think that I dont even know why I like him , and the thing that actyally hurts me is that she can get him so easily but she oesnt even want him ,and I do but I caant have him :(…hellpp!???

I had pretty much the same problem, infact, I still do, but with me, the girl is one of my friends so it annoys me even more. Last week I actually told him that I liked him, it was scary but I just did it, I know that it will never be the same but I think its best just to tell him because either he doesn’t realise that he is doing it or it is in your mind that he does this. Sometimes when you like someone so much, you get annoyed at anyone who talks to them more affectionately, I know I do. I hope this in some way helped. G…X
