What can I do to help with the jealousy?

I have an overly attractive boyfriend, sounds like a dumb thing to complain about I know, but im getting tired of all the attention he gets. Women will go out of there way to come up and tell him how attractive he is and they totally ignore the fact im standing right there. Example he got a hair cut and the woman took over an hour to cut his hair while she shoved her boobs in his face and told him how handsome he was, once again sitting right next to them. I find myself getting jealous. He’s extremely oblivious to being hit on, but he definitely sends them on there way with a “meet my girlfriend” kinda scenario. We live together, have been together for years, and have known and liked each other since 2nd grade, so it’s not an “oh if you can’t deal with it leave” situation. I will deal with anything I have to deal with I just want to know if theres any way to get over this or do I just have to deal?
