How do I convince my mum of letting me have a puppy?

I ask my mum millons of times if I can have a puppy but she wont let I’m only 13 one of my friend’s dog had 8 puppys she said I can have one for free but my mum still dose not let me have a pupy can some one help me?

Sweetie, I know how exciting getting a puppy can be. You also need to understand that puppies are a very big responsibility and commitment. Puppies are also be expensive to take proper care of. By that I mean You will have to pay for Vet Visits, Vaccinations, Microchipping,Emergencies if your puppy gets sick or injured, Medications, Spay or Neuter depending on if you were to get a female or a male, good quality food, and all of the supplies a puppy needs. You are only 13 and cannot pay for all of these things yourself, so your mom is going to be the one that is paying for everything. Maybe right now, she cannot afford to take proper care of a puppy! It’s your mom’s house and you have to live by her rules. I know you don’t want to hear this, but you need to: Wait until you get older, get your own job, get your own place, are able to pay your own rent and bills and can take care of yourself and a puppy, then you can get any kind of puppy you want to. It would not be really unfair to the puppy, to bring it home, find out you can’t take proper care of it, then have to give it away. If your mom says No, then she has her mind made up and nothing you say or do is going to change her mind.

sneek it into the house and go to the store and get dog food I did it once but my mom found out lol try it
