How do I break my addiction to porn? Every since I could whack off its always ben to porn. I banged my ex twice and I couldnt nut is something wrong here I just dont under stand helppp plzzz

hey you can just not look at it as much like give some up then give more up and keep adding more to give up it may not be easy for you but if you really want to achieve it you will fight against it

Dear talon2010, Porn addiction is just that an addiction and needs to be handle like one. Call your local health clinic and speak with a counsellor there. They can set you up to see an addiction counsellor. In the mean time you have to get rid of all the porno, if that means getting rid of your computer you do that. In the long run it will be behaviour control and this may take some time. Sue…good luck
