How do I be a better team leader?
I have a softball game tonight, and its away. My team hasnt won a game YET. We’re like 0-6 maybe? I don’t know. But if we screw up, everyone just pretty much gives up. And some of them cry. And sometimes we yell at each other. I think its embarassing! How do I bring them up?
No-one in this whole league fields every ball, gets a hit every time at bat, always makes perfect throws - everyone out here WILL make mistakes - but along with those we will make good plays, get a hit, throw people out - so the key is: ‘We never get too high when we do well or too low when we don’t’ - we know both are going to happen - so the answer: Play on an even keel like professionals do - if we didn’t do good today or that inning, it’s past, next ones a new situation - give it your best !!
well everyone has to start off somewere it might take a bit longer to get good but keep everyones (and yours) spirits up tell everyone, its okay to loose loosing is the first step on the road to beginning and loosing isnt everything as long as you give it your best shot, youve played a good game
