I DONT THINK ANYONE SAID EITHER A MAN OR WOMAN MAKE A GOOD LEADER, SIMPLY MENTIONED THEY HAVE DIFFERENT WIRING IN THEIR BRAIN BUT ARE BOTH ABLE TO BE EFFECTIVE LEADERS.

It depends on the person - Their gender doesn’t matter, it’s who knows more about the situation and what not, who is more skilled about the topic. I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to say a male or female makes a better leader.

I think female because the are more considerate I think.but men are too.it all dpends on the leader

It doesn’t make a difference in the gender of the person, it’s the abilities, strengths, personality, experience, and wisdom that create’s a great leader.

Both. There are many ways to be a leader. Men are good leaders because they analyze problems and think organized and try to solve the problem no matter what, but they often do not like to ask for help in the process. Woman are more emotional and use instinct and heart more to make a decision, but a woman is more patient, and is willing to ask for help so both can be good leaders depending what or whom they are leading.
