How do get fatter or gain more weight?

I eat soo much, like not skipping any meals at any point and I eat more than like any of my friends and they’re all very ‘healthy’. Well they have more weight then me and are trying to cut some off. My question is how in the world do I gain weight? It seems I’ve been the same weight and shape for like months and years now! Should I like stop eating so much and let my body store? Any ideas?

Eat more carbohydrates such as pasta and white bread.

Eat as much milk products and fats as you can and stop any activities that is become very inactive during the day and stop wasting energy.That way you’ll gain weight;)

I know your problem. I am 18 years old and only 116lbs. (I’m also 5’3” so very small) and I’ve been trying to gain weight for a couple years.

Of course, one of your problems could be your metabolism. My dad and I have fast metabolisms so we don’t gain as much weight.

Work out. Do all sorts of calisthenics, do them at the same time. Here’s a link to the US Army’s calisthenics: http://www.army.com/apft/item/5293 During the day, when you get a chance, do more exercises, nothing too difficult, but do something.

This will add muscle (which weighs more than fat. Jog, don’t run, jog for a few miles a day.

Eat healthy, regularly, three squares a day. By that I mean, eat at 7AM, Noon & 5PM. Try not to deviate by more than 15 minutes. Your body is going to need energy in to replace the energy you’re expending. Try (really try) not to eat snacks between the meals.

Believe it or not, also get the proper amount of sleep.
