How can I get results if dieting doesn't work?

I am 5’0” , my weight is 72 kg….I d’nt conroll it bcozi d’nt get enough time for physical exercise. I always try to hard deiting…bt I d’nt get result…..if you give me advise….I ‘ll be v greatful to you…

HI,

It is VERY hard to understand what you are typing. A word of advice: type slowly and pay attention to your spelling and grammar to be taken seriously.

The best way to lose weight is to eat small, balanced meals throughout the day (lean protein, whole-grain carbs, fruits and vegetables. No fats, oils, fried food, chips, white starch, etc). If you do this in addition to exercising, you will lose weight.

The exercise is the key.
