How can you tell love from lust? Please people!?

I’ve been with my current boyfriend for about a year. He is amazing, but im still worried…what if he likes me for what I can do not who I am. We havent had ex and I dont plan to. Need to be married first and he knows that, yet he still asks. But I guess thats cause hes a guy…

I agree with the person above, if he jokes about it it’s cool, there shouldnt be any nagging also im currently in a relationship that has lasted 15 months now

very recently however my girlfriend has questioned if I really love her or just love her physically so we made a rule of no kissing just to see how long it lasts while it is quite tough at times because I do obviously like being physical..in order to prove to her that I love her im going along with it

maybe you should make a similar rule or something..make it like a game so he doesnt get offended although chancer are he will, because I surely did in the beginning

test the guy we absolutely hate it..and if we dont love you we’ll leave immediately but if he does love you, he’ll stick around

If youre waiting and hes really that into you and respects you.. he isnt gonna pressure you. Joking around about its one thing, but if hes just bugging you about it and seems like hes nagging cause he isnt getting any, then he doesnt respect your choices and isnt worth it. And as far as lack of trust and insecurity goes for being a turn off.. who cares. If you got a reason..bring it up. Even if they dont show it, most guys have a lack of trust and insecurities too.

If he has been with you for a year with no sex, I’d say he loves you. Every guy is going to ask for it whether you are one step away from being a nun or a porn star. Ignoring that, unless you have a good reason to suspect that he is using you, don’t question it. That lack of trust and insecurity is major turn off for guys.
