go to tools ^ option ^privacy ^ allow list ,, then right click on the contact you want to know if they blocked u ,, if “delete is in bold black font , that means you are either blocked or deleted

PS - for it to work you have to be signed out of MSN and if someone hasn’t accepted you’re friend request it also counts as they are blocking you although it may be because they don’t use that account anymore.

send them a offline message if the writing is black they aint blocked you if its red they have

Talk to them and it will say something like “This person has blocked you” Or somthing, but it will give you a messege
