when you send someone a message on msn, and it says ‘the following message could not be recieved to that person’ or something like that, does that mean that person blocked you?
one of two things would possibly cause that to pop up. 1 if you dont have a msn account 2. unfortunately that person may have blocked you
Either the person blocked you, you are offline, or he is offline.
