How can you tell if you have deppresion? I don’t want to do anything, I haven’t been eating right, wanting to be sitting around, and get upset really easily.

I have been depressed and had severe anxiety most of my life and I can say this much. . .If you have to ask if you’re depressed, you’re not. Believe me, you know.

Take the screen amblessed provided, but the only people that can diagnose clinical depression are professionals. You may want to talk to your doctor to rule out any medical problems that could be causing these problems (like an underactive thyroid) and they may refer you to someone.
