How can you fix MSI Q Face?
I have had this problem before and sent my computer back to MSI. They fixed it and it did it again a few months later. I just restarted it, and it worked but now that isn’t even working. When I try to open Q face it says Capture device was used or not installed! If anyone can help me out here that would be awesome!!
Are all the drivers up to date? If it’s a hardware issue, it maybe an incompatible driver / software hardware issue.
If you’re on windows, download the latest updates, etc, and from the device manufacturer website, you can usually get up to date drivers.
