How can I stop my addiction to poking my ear?

I poke my ear really deep with a cuitip I cant stop and it hurts but I can’t stop it even bleeds please help me.

If you are doing it until it bleeds, you could be hitting and lacerating or coming close to puncturing your eardrum.

This could cause hearing loss. That should be enough to stop this “addiction”…
