How can I stop I'm 13 and I mastrubate?

haloyeah you didnt understand him, his religion forbids him to masturbate…dude I know what you mean, my religion forbids us to masturbate as well…the only thing I can tell you is that try your hardest to not think about sex, umm once you start masturbating it is next to impossible to stop. Dude im going through the same thing as you, but guess what, for 5 months I didnt do anything then I acted stupid and started again and I cant stop… you know how I managed 5 months without doing it? well I repented for that sin, I was also going through a 10 day religious ‘’rehab’’ lol, so I was focused on my religion, and I stopped…I just need to focus again.. ok, take these steps,1) your internet browser can block certain websites with a password, so block off all the porn sites and make a password you cant remember..2) avoid any websites which makes you think of sex.. 3) when you think of sex, try and focus on other things…4)if you do masturbate, just repent and hope that god forgives you…im trying to do it, masturbating is a dirty habbit which I got addicted to, so you are not alone.

Well its not an addiction, or wrong or anathing. All that it really is is just that you 13, growing up, changing, the hormones are going crazy. Masterbating is just s way for you to do what is not good to do at your age.
