How can I stop hitting myself?

I need help to stop hitting myself. I always do it when I get stressed or sompin because it makes me feel better, but I think my rents are catching on and I want to stop. I know its bad, but I dont know what else to do when I get stressed. if I didn’t make it clear, I dont want my rents to find out and I cant afford a shrink.I dont have that many friends, so hitting myself helps. what shud I do?

Your local school has a free guidance program you can enroll in. Common Stress Relievers Include doing somehting passive,like writing about your emotions,or painting pictures that express them.Also Screaming into a Pillow Helps Relieve Stress.Concentrating on your Breathing can help you calm down as well.Music is another Known Common Stress Reliever.

When Im Stressed,I talk to friends about my problems,Or I Turn to Music to help me out.It always helps.

Start hitting a pillow or your bed,take up a hobby like chopping wood,digging,running or some other stress relieving activity maybe try out for football.
