Well you wanting to communicate your apologetic is a a huge first step. Communication is KEY to any relationship usually people tend to fight ,argue ,nag over frivolous things thee whole time covering up a bigger issue that never gets said & therefore goes unhealed . Sadly this a very common thing in families as there is a lot of emotion with people who know YOU compared to a random encounter . How to go about it would be from the heart & speak clearly talk don’t yell listen to both sides get ready for criticism also be ready to express that you want to start working on how to better communicate your feelings what you would like from this? You all deserve to be happy & content stress free luckily its as simple as you being honest sincere & open minded. I’m not sure of your overall issues but I know from experience any relationship can be mended if not fully healed by saying the things that your afraid to say.

Answer #5

Just work up the guts and let them know how you really feel. I know that sounds all sappy and therapeutic but it’s what you gotta do. Tell them that you’re sorry and that you didn’t mean to yell at them… it was just a spur of the moment type of thing and that it wont happen again.
