how can i not lose the opportunity?

hi, i am pooja. i ask u guys on how to kiss this guy i like. which was gonna be my first kiss. but it didnt happen as yet. i know it will because on valentines day we are going to their house!he has never kiss anyone yet too! one day i call to talk to his sister and he pick the phone up and start asking me how i am doing and then he said he loves me like and i said i love him to. he repeat it like 4 times constantly! whwnever i reach up with him on the phone he would say he loves me. his mom and my mom knows i like him. but they dont know he likes me.we never get any time to be really alone to kiss. i know he wants to kiss me. one time me and my mom was going home from their house and we end up talking to a lady on the step so i was bored and went down to get tissues to wipe out some water and i was facing him backwards and he touch my hair and back and i look at him and smile. his sister was in the room or else he would have kiss me right then and there! there isnt words to explain! i went down back 3 times and he was right in the corner in the kitchen drinking water. and he keeps looking at me!. he came ove to do a project 1 time and he ask me to do another project for him. and he was here with his sister! the first time he was with me alone in the bedroom! doing a project trying to flirt with me by writing my name and his together.i think he is not sure if he kiss me how will i react. how can i tell him? how can i kiss him? if he come over by me to do a project how can i kiss him? his mom does send him to borrow our carts and she does send nice things that she cook. and he does bring it. and the thing is i does pen the gate and the gate is in the back so one time he bring food for me because my mom went to work but i had food! and it was raining and when he was going home he was taking slow steps to go home and keep looking at me like if he really wanted to kiss me!he barely move from the gate! must i kiss him if that happens again? i am shy. how can i ask him if he likes me? altough he said he loves me? valentines is february 14 and how should i express it? through a card? i want to get my first kiss before valentine or on v day. i am 15! and no first kiss. takestime. please answer atleast some of my question. and tell me how to kiss him. oh and should i make first move if the mood is right and dont lose the oppurtunity? which kiss is best first? kiss on lips? or a little bit tounge kissing? this is gonna be so much help if u answer this before v day!
