How can I make my vagina tighter?

I heard that orange juice helps…is it true? does anyone else recommend something else

Orange Juice and Cranberry Juice helps. And eggs, Eat lots of eggs. Do squats and then take hot baths. Drink plenty of Cranberry and Orange Juice!

The ONLY thing that is going to make your vagina tighter is Kegels. Since your vagina is a muscle you can make it tighter by working that muscle. To do Kegels you squeeze your vagina muscles…like when you stop the flow of urine while peeing. You can do this anywhere and at any time since no one will know when you’re doing them. Do them 20 times in a row and work up to about 5-10 times a day.

Just so you know…orange juice doesn’t work, neither does anything else. You can’t make a muscle stronger from drinking or eating something…or hot baths.

Doctor’s tell women after having a child to do these since their muscles are normally stretched out.

It’s not an instant cure but if you keep at it it will work…I have 3 kids and I did these after each birth…my husband says that it feels tighter than before I had kids.
