how can I make my boobs grow? im nearly 15 and have a flat chest?

please could someone give me some advice? all my friends have bigger boobs than me, I can even go to the beach with all my friends in the summer because I cant wear a bikini with no boobs and have people laugh at me, please someone help me, im nearly 15. :(

Don’t worry about showing your cleavage!! You want men to like you for your personality, not your breasts. A guy who likes a girl for strictly their boobs is not a man, but a small portion of a young boy and needs some growing up to do. Yes, There is a time in your life where you will want to look absolutely sexy, and show off the cleavage that your body gives you, but wait til your older. You will attract little boys at your age who think with their peen, and even worse, you’ll attract those scary 45 year old dudes! You don’t want that do you? Let your friends be the (no offense) sluttier one. Don’t feel uncomfortable. If you MUST wear something that shows off you cleavage…(Forgot to mension theres a lot of guys too that thinks over showing something is very nasty looking, not sexy.) Then find a regular v-neck shirt, and Don’t care that you don’t have a boob crack/line/cleavage line, being confident will proove to anyone that your sexy, because you know your sexy!

Sorry I’m not trying to sound like an old lady, because I’m only 22…I know that seems old probably to a 15-18 year old…but I too was once your age and I thought that I HAD to wear sexy stuff to get guys. Around 17 I was like WOW I was an idiot, so many guys told me that they found me more attractive/likable just wearing sweats and a tank top or a regular shirt, than those silly belly shirts and low cut tube tops. Guys might be pigs, but trust me hon, the last thing you want to attract is a pig…or a pedo.

Take it from a guy, you DONT want guys to like you for that. I know there is a confidence issue when your friends might be getting all the looks but those guys who are looking at your friends don’t like them for them.. they just see breasts and they look. Some guys are just programmed that way. Personally I think their pigs but w.e. I actually think you have a gift here, develop something special with someone now before you develop breasts. That way you know he likes you for who you are not your cup size.

‘olliepollie’ - yes I have gotten a period lol. thanks guy for your advice, but it just makes me feel uncomfortable and I dont have much confidence from it. I go out with my mates on the weekend and they can wear things that show there clevage and I cant do that :/

Wait til you hit 18. I was the flattest person in the world when I was your age. I was so flat chested that if I was anymore flat chested I’d probably be inverted…heh, When I hit 18 they got huge! Just wait you’ll blossom : ) and what’s wrong with flat chested? I think most women who are flat chested are usually super sweet and adorable! Usually bigger breasted women have attitudes and an ego the size of their…well, boobs!

well have you gotten your period? Or if you have a low body fat percentage that would explain it. There are no magical exercises or foods. Only steroids which you should never do. Just wait till the time comes lol.

Your only 15, your body is still growing so don’t worry about it. :) Anyway there’s only three ways to grow your breasts.

  1. Get fat
  2. Get pregnant
  3. get implants Hope I helped :)
