How can I lose weight without limiting myself??
ok so I really want to lose weight, QUICKLY! I reaallly want a thin tummy and slimer legs, but I don’t want to limit myself to gross “diet” foods or pills! what are some great fat-burning exercises (that work the fastest) and ways to do cardio within my street (my parents dont let me outside of it without another friend, it’s lame, and they dont wanna run or bike with me haha). and what are some good, healthy and nonfattening foods that aren’t gross or limited to “salad and another vegitbale, and a fruit cup’ for every meal. I want to lose weight quickly tho, please!!! I am female, around 5’2, and 13 years old, and I weigh a horibble 135 pounds!! :(

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
Really you weigh 135 I am shorter then you and weigh 140. you do not need to lose weight.
