weight loss is basic really…
you need to exercise more than your daily intake of calories.
So…your daily allowance is 2000 calories. you want to be aiming to eat around 1000-1200 and exercise alongside this. the best exercise for your thighs are lunges and squats…remember teh lower you go the more you work your muscles and teh more you work your bum!!
Hips are an awkward place to shift weight but I find that if you do curled sit ups it should do the trick alongside your diet!
