How can I lose weight before school?
hi I’m jenny am 15 and sadly weight 203 but my home girl told me I look like I weight 160 how can I lose at least 15 pounds in 1 week
HI…my name is lety and well i am from laredo…well i have your problem too…but here some tips…Green Tea works!!! It does but try not use sugar, when you prepare your tea squeeze a lemon in your tea.. The lemon allows you to burn fat!!! And it helps you..Also if you dont like green tea, a cup of hot water with lemon works for you also, but drink your tea before breakfast and before you go to sleep… Pure Cranberry juices also helps but the less sugar the better… it will be expensive but it helps… No breads, sugar, meat, or junk food… If you do it in a week it will help you!!! But maintain yourself from cheating… We are all humans but for a week or more time it will give you results… Also understand that loosing weight takes time… but if you keep at it you will loose weight in no time!!! Another tip you can do a diet the whole week and in the weekend have your favorite food but measure yourself!!! And also dont try to eat what you didnt eat all week… then the weight you lost was for nothing!!! Your still young you should enjoy some days… and it will be easy for you to loose it easier!!! And also dont forget the most important thing…EXERCISE!!! Doing thirty minutes each day of exercise okay… But once you custome yourself to do exercise try to do more… but dont over do it!!! Well good luck and well just keep at it… You can do it!!!
Diurex and plenty of water. Also, don’t eat after 7 p.m. and if you get hungry, munch on a celery stick. I have a bad habit of just wanting to CHEW on something, so when I’m not hungry but I want to eat I grab a celery stick or carrot and crunch away. I imagine it’s sub-consciously comforting. Also, I have a bad sweet tooth, so I substitute Jolly Ranchers for cookies and cake. Finally, eat in the morning- it actually jump starts your system and increases your metabolism, causing it to burn calories more efficiently for the rest of the day.
Long daily runs over long areas. lots of laughing. try lower fat foods but dont starve.
