How can I lose weight before school begins?
I’m 14 years old and I consider myself big. I gained weight over the summer and I just want to get back to the size I was before the weight gain. School starts in two weeks- is ther any advice how to lose some weight in 2 weeks?

Quick weight loss usually results in even quicker weight re-gaining.
Eating habits need to be modified and there should be some form of regular exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes.
I don’t want to lose like CRAZY.. I actually don’t care about my weight, I just want to.. decrease in size or be more skinny.
