How can I lose my dancer thighs?

Ok so Im a dancer and I have a ton of leg muscles. My legs are kind of big looking, but really they are all muscle. How can I get my thighs skinny?

keep them:) they’re probably fine:) I have big legs too andi play rugby so its a good thing

more excoricize will make them bigger not eating is really bad for your health so you should just stick to them :):)

my sister danced for 8 years professionally. You can never lose your big legs it’s exteremly hard to. My sister has huge legs but they are compete muscle. The only was to make your legs look smaller is to grow taller becuase youe body thins out more.

i would hope an expert will pick up on this question. my daughter has this problems, but the more she lost weight and built muscle, the slimmer her thighs became. she gained at first, the began to lose slowly. she goes to the gym every other day, religiously. hope it works for you. best of luck

To answer your question, it takes a long time. When I was younger I worked out with a machine that increased the strength and size of my waist muscles (for wrestling). I increased my waist by 3 inches. It never really disappeared.

Be happy with who you are. You are a dancer, many young girls dream of being a dancer. Don’t buy into that Hollywood anorexic look. Be proud of who you are and what you look like, you worked hard to get where you are, enjoy it. And don’t let anyone diminish your accomplishments by their comments. There are millions of people that would gladly exchange your toned legs for their flabby ones..

umm…idk if u will want to hear this but my mom was a dancer so she had big calves and they r still there she never lost them even after she stopped dancing! i am sure there r ways i just dont no ne sorry :(

CARDIO… IF YOU KEEP YOUR CALORIC INTAKE TO A HEALTHY MINIMUM, AND DO CARDIO WITHOUT ALL OF THE WEIGHT LIFTING THEY WILL GET SMALLER! YOU MAY END UP LOSING SOME MUSCLE MASS IN THE PROCESS, BUT EVENTUALLY THEY WILL LEAN UP AND APPEAR SMALLER. ALSO, DOING YOGA/PILATES WILL HELP THEM APPEAR LONGER AND HELP MAINTAIN THE SHAPE
