How can I lose fat on my legs and thighs?

Hi!I wa wondering how can I lose weight on my sides and tone my thighs?I would like to lose the lovehandels and thunder thighs!thanxs!

I run cross country. and just yesterday after the meet, my teacher complimented on all the muscles in my legs. it really helps. you get muscular and yer legs lose the weight!

Well it all depends what shape of ties and legs you want. If you don’t use the proper training you could make your legs really muscled and thick unless you want that. Then again you could make them thin shaped. There are training programs for that. Of course you could do it yourself by downloading tutorials from internet. And of course, low fat food, cereal and lots of green stuff. xD Good luck!
