Simply a Rose to brighten your day, And maybe lessen the cares in your way; And also, too, to help you to know, That in knowing you, many others grow!
You didn’t gain your weight in just a short period of time, so don’t expect to lose it in a short amount of time. It will take a little work on your part but you can lose weight and successfully keep it off. You have a BMI of 31.91.
BMI is between 30-34.99 (Obese Class 1)
Individuals with a BMI of 30-34.99 are in a physically unhealthy condition, which puts them at risk for serious ilnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, gall bladder disease, and some cancers. This holds especially true if you have a larger than recommended Waist Size. These persons would benefit greatly by modifying their lifestyle. Ideally, see your doctor and consider reducing your weight by 5-10 percent. Such a weight reduction will result in considerable health improvements. bmi calculator:

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?” One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”
As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)
40 or greater Morbid Obesity
ummm well School start in August and I think losing 38 pound in a month 1/2 is a little extreme. Why don’t your try a little bit of dieting and exercise? As in cut off a little on the un health foods and greasy items that may contribute to your weight gain. Try getting an exercise routine going.
DON’T OVER DO IT.
Ok well, I suggest you set out a peice of paper and write out your goal which is to lose weight. Then you decide what time of the day is best for you to do your excerises. I suggest the morning. Then you can choose about 4-5 excersising ideas to do a day. (including times)! Example: Monday- Flamingos (2 minutes each leg) Run in place (3 minutes) Pleas (8 count each leg slowly) Strech Arms across Body (2 minutes each)
Then you can figure it out from there (T,W,T, and F)
Then you figure out meals
Monday- Breakfast- choose meal Lunch- choose meal Dinner-choose meal

Hope this Helps!
Well losing weight takes time. But when I was in 7th grade I was your height and weighed 138 so I know where your coming from. First you need to set a goal for yourself and measure you waist hips and thighs at the end of each week. DON’T worry about the scale because if you exercise hard enough you’ll gain muscle but look thinner and muscle ways more than fat. Plus like me you could be built with big bones whick means you may never get to be like 110 so you need to find the right weight for you! Mine is only 117 but I still need to tone. OH before I forget. exercise daily, cut back on junk, get at least 20 min. of straight cardio in at least every other day, abd don;t eat past 7 because your body can’t burn all the calories you just ate. Well…good luck
but my sckul starts at september 7th! no august
