How can I loose weight, I'm sick of being fat...how?

Can you please help me, I’m almost 14, I’m 5’7”, and I weigh probably 210 and I’m sick of bein fat, I get made fun of constantly and I can’t take it. I say I’ll eat healthier but then I get madefun ofand go an pig out =’[ Please help. Any websites, diet pills, advice from personal SUCCESSFUL experiences would help, or just any comments might help me so please, anything, im desperate. I should know that I’m not horrible, I’ve had sex but I feel like I’m fat and ugly. Please no comment on the virginity, I’m not proud of it.

Before you start losing weight,you need to work on yourself emotionally. You need to learn to love yourself,because if you lose all the weight and you still feel ugly,that was a waste of time. Go to amazon.com and order this workout dvd thing called ‘Envy girls’ you can get it used for under 15 bucks! It works amazing!!! It’s a hardcore workout and I love it. Everytime I use it,im like sooo tired out after,but I can feel my body screaming for more. It’s amazing. Try eatting smaller portions too. Like,make a big plate or bowl of what you want to eat for breakfast and put it into small portions. You can slit one meal into 3. Then save the rest for toomarrow or later in the day. Eatting healthy portions will help a lot too. Plus,check out Acai berry juice. It’s really good for the body and helps lose weight. Fish oli also helps re-set your metolbsiom. (I proubly didn’t spell that right) Grr. But yeah! Hope that helps

well… you just have to know that no matter what you ae who you are and just try eathing healthier. Make sure you mesure your portions and make healthy choices when you want a snack. Also Not thinking about it much and just going for it. Manny people think about it way too much and they get really stresed out. So just calm down and do it slowly.

If you have tried the diet thing before and it didnt work, start out simple.

If you drink soft drinks, STOP! Drink lots and lots of water. Take your regular vitamins. Dont do what janet3112 said. Not eating slows your metabolism down and whenever you do eat, it will make you gain more weight. Drinking green tea will also help. it speeds up your metabolism. Dont eat after 8 o’clock at night. Dont worry about exercising too much because you are young. Just make sure you arent sitting around the house all the time.

Dont let people get to you. They are obviously so pathetic that they need to make fun of people to be happy. Good luck and I hope everything works out.

I can talk from experience, do not starve yourself, I have done that on and off for the last 6years and now I am suffering big time. I am currently weighing in at 112 kgs and hardly eating anything at all, but all the stuff I do eventually eat just sticks to me. I am currently trying to find answers to help me loose this and get out of this horrible situation but due to other health problems im finding it very very difficult. so if anyone else has any ideas at all please help. but as for you post I think try the things everyone else has wrote except for the STOP EATING idea. if I could turn back time I would. good luck if you havent already found a solution Keep your chin up, im trying to. :-)
