Here’s REALLY good advice…You don’t need to!! I think you’re beautiful. Honestly you’re skinny enough. Why do you think you need to loose weight? You’re really close to perfect! Stay the way you are! :)

It’s not healthy to lose more than 2 or 3 pounds in one week. But my suggestion to you is to make a meal/exercise plan. Your plan should consist of 1,500 calories a day, and at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise a day. :]

you really dont need to lose weight at all you are beautiful the way you are.but if you really want to lose weight bad its unsafe but I have a way.I am a in high school and I am a wrestler so I have to stay and eat heathy and exersise all the time try that. thats probly what your looking for to tone yourself up more im not saying that your not toned now because you look great.but if you want a way that I use sometimes when I have to lose a few pounds to get in a certain weight class I exersise with a huge plastic trash bag on. but please no if you are not careful it is very dangerous. and you can die if you do it a lot. o hoped this helped.

just like to say to Jaysea YOU CAN GET FAT AS A VEGETARIAN…you think chocolate cake has meat in it?! There is tons of really high caloried suitable for vegetarians food..crisps, cakes, chocolate, some sweets, bread, nuts, pizza, ice cream, biscuits…the list goes on forever..Vegan however probably will stay relatively thin..
