how can I have them say yes...

I really want my belly button pierced and I’ve wanted this for a while I haven’t asked yet but I know my parents won’t want me to have one I could get them to let me get it pierced???

Ask them why they wont let you. Your parents need to understand they you are growing up and need to be able to make some of your own choices. You also need to respect their wishes as your parents. (you can always do it when your 18) But ask them why they wont let you. Show them you are responsible and should be able to do some things you chose. Tell them: It can be covered up by clothing and if necessary can be taken out. If they wont budge maybe you can convince them in a next birthday gift.
