How can I get to know him better so he'll like me?

okay, so theres this new guy at my school. and he’s serious cute, and im really interested in him. he’s friends with my best friend so I figured I could get to know him that way a little bit.

but how can I feel more comfortable talking to him? I always get shy, and become suddenly mute, I embarrass myself, and I always look at him when he looks at me xD

he looks at me a lot, so I figure thats a good sign..unless my friend told him I was into him and yeah..now he knows without me knowing crosses fingers that thats not it

but anyways, please help (: any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Actually guys like it when the girl is straight forward. He’s probably wondering over the same thing about you and if you come out and tell how you feel then it will give you both some relief. Just say, “Hey let’s hang out sometime. I want to get to know you better.” What’s the worst he could say, No?
