no you dont if you already thing your fat you need seriouse help your already underweight and at 13 you should be thinking your overweight when your not see a doctor get him/her to calculate your bmi (body mass index) get there advice theyll tell you your already underweight and if anything, need to put on more stop thinking your fat when your not, take a good look in the mirroe and dont compare ytourself to people in the media, music videos, models, television, magazines, ect those people rarely look like that in real like and thay have makeup, fake tan, editing and photoshiop to help them do see a doctor so you can see that the way you see your body image is horribly wrong

I am serious when I say there is no way in the world that you are not thin. And why do you want to become thinner? Because it sounds to be like there is a risk of you becoming anorexic, and trust me that is not a good thing. You are stick thin, bones showing, pale as a ghost, hair falling out, dry chapped lips, blue tinted skin, lifeless complexion, cramp, digestive pain, severe tiredness, severe sensitivity to the cold, IT IS AWFUL. And by the way, it has been proven that people find those with a BMI of 20 (to have a BMI of 20 you would need to weigh 105 pounds) At the weight you are now you are pretty much at your best physically- considered very physically attractive. If you loose weight you wont look better and you most certainly wont be healthy. Just eat well, healthily, exercise regularly but not excessively. Dont starve yourself, it is not enjoyable and very dangerous.

Listen, I calculated your BMI online. You’re not UNDERWEIGHT, but you’re not OVERWEIGHT. Your BMI (according to teenshealth.com) is a 19.9, which puts you into the AVERAGE category. So don’t worry about it chica! :)

But I used to be 18.3 on the BMI, which is almost always underweight, and then I gained a lot over summer, and I got to a BMI of 22. Which is still average, but I was unhappy… So I’ve been working to get back down to about 120 pounds. (Big, I know, but I’m tall)

I posted a “how to lose weight” reply on your other, most recent, question.

You’re beautiful. Everyone’s beautiful in their own special way. You;ve got loads of talents, dreams, opportunities… Plus you’re gorgeous physically. Don’t let anyone, boy or girl, friend or enemy, tell you either.

Fun Mail Me if you need any help. ♥

Its easy. Starve yourself. I’m 16 and I weigh 116 (only because I stopped being anorexic for a couple of months and TRIED to gain weight) I drop 6-10 pounds a week if I dont eat anything. The first 2 or 3 days are hard because it is painful but after that your stomach kinda goes numb and you dont feel a thing. You can allow yourself 3 or 4 HEALTHY snacks a week but you shouldn’t eat ANYTHING for the first couple days because if you do your stomach wont numb as well. And you should only eat your allowed snacks if you are EXTREMELY hungry. You should only really allow a fruit for the snack too, or peanuts. You’ll drop weight fast. And when you go back off your diet you kinda have to wein yourself off of it if you’ve been doing it for more than a couple of months. Start eating again but do it gradually or you’ll gain a shitload of weight and have bad stomach aches and you may even throw it back up. You wont gain it all back really fast if you start eating healthy after your done either. Good luck. If you need any help come to me
