How can I get rid of this cold fast?
I’ve had this cold for about 3 days. I hate it!! Does anyone know how I can get rid of it super quick? **I don’t want to take cold medicine because I’m afraid I might get hooked on it,because I did once and don’t want to get involved with it again.
well I dont now how to get rid of it, but I’d say don’t take any antibiotics, they just make the symtoms stay hidden and your sickness just lasts longer..if anything use vicks for your nose so you can breathe, and try not to blow your nose to much cause that will just cause your nasal cavaties to swell and seem stuffy even longer! use a hot or cold cloth on your head to lessen the headache, and for your sore throught garrgle with warm salt walter (boil the water first then let it cool)
