I am this way often because I have low blood pressure. now that I am on some medication to help with blood pressure I am a bit better but still am this way to some extent. Some people it is due to thyroid so is always good that if it really bothers you to have things like that checked out by your OBGYN.
You might just be a cold person though. Women are more like this than men cause of their estrogen.:)
