How can I get my thights skinnie?

I just need help please I hate being made fun of I had enought and its making me loss intrest in things

Ahhh I have the same problem! I’ve noticed that you can;t really just tone down one area of your body, Because your body dosent loose weight in one area at a time, its like, all over.

So just eat fruit and veges, less carbs (bread pasta chips…) and drink HEAPS of water!!! Go for a run 2-3 times a week. It dosent matter if its not far at first, just build it up. And do like 30 situps and lunges a night. Just while youre watching TV, it dosent take long.

This will work :)

the secret to thin thighs: the treadmill. (or running/jogging). if you run on the treadmill (or run/jog) for atleast 30 minutes a day, the fat will just melt off your thighs (: also, just eat healthy, stretch, and do squats.
