How can I get my mom to support my decisions?

I’ve been vegetarian for awhile and recently decided to become vegan instead. While I was vegetarian she tried to get me to eat meat, and now she keeps bringing home and making stuff with dairy in it, which she tries forcing on me. She gets really offended when I decline. I feel like she’s sabbotaging my efforts to do what I think is right. How can I tell her to stop and to try to support my decision without being rude?

I used to be a vege, and atm I sort of am.. but my friend is too- and she just does her own meals. like, her mum makes dinner etc for the family and she just whips up something for herself before or after.

maybe try talking to her about it, or get supplements- maybe shes worried you wont get enough iron/calcium etc.

Are you buying the food? If not I think it’s best for you do eat what she provides. Economy is really bad now and with your mother having to but extra things to support you, she’ll go through things. Please don’t take this as me offending you. :]]
